Lifetime Warranty Policy

Bronze, Silver & Gold Tier members are eligible for a lifetime warranty on parts unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page.

Lifetime warranty eligibility is based on tier at time of warranty usage.

All other policies in the Standard Warranty Policy apply.

Standard Warranty Policy

Standard members are eligible for a twelve (12) month warranty on parts unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page.

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page, may be returned for a replacement. Customer is responsible for properly packing return merchandise to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Return merchandise that is physically damaged in transit will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Physical damage is not covered by this warranty.

Batteries only have a six (6) month warranty.

Discontinued items must be returned based on our Return Policy listed below.

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty replacements.

Tools and accessories are not covered by our Hassle Free Warranty. Please contact manufacturers directly for warranty information.


Return Policy

0 - 30 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund less shipping. Item(s) must be in original condition. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds.

31 - 60 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Refunded amount will reflect current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower. Item(s) must be in original condition. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds.

61 - 90 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within sixty-one (61) to ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Refunded amount will reflect current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, less a 15% processing fee. Item(s) must be in original condition. Refund amount will be given as a coupon (expires 90 days after date issued) to be used at checkout. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds.

91+ Days:
No returns for a refund will be accepted after ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Replacements can still be received under our Warranty Policy.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required.

Cross Shipping & Shipping Reimbursement

Bronze, Silver & Gold Tier members are eligible for cross shipping. Cross shipping is available for defective parts purchased within the last thirty (30) days or ship errors within the last seven (7) days. If cross shipping is provided, customer must pay return shipping of items (reimbursement will not be provided). Items must be returned within thirty (30) days to keep account in good standing.

Batteries are not eligible for cross shipping. Customers needing a replacement battery shipped out quickly should order a replacement battery and return the defective battery for a refund or credit.

Policy Abuse

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.
