Lifetime Warranty Policy

Bronze and higher tier members are eligible for a lifetime warranty on parts, unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page. Lifetime warranty eligibility is based on tier at time of warranty usage.

Standard Warranty

Standard members are eligible for a 12-month warranty on parts, unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page.

0 - 30 Days:
Defective parts, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price, less shipping.

31 - 365 Days:
Defective parts, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 365 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal to the lesser of the purchase price or current selling price, less shipping.

Return Policy

0 - 30 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal to the purchase price, less shipping.

31 - 180 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 180 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal to the lesser of the purchase price or current selling price, less shipping.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Cross Shipping & Shipping Reimbursement

Bronze and higher tier members are eligible for cross shipping. Cross shipping is available for defective parts purchased within the last 30 days or ship errors within the last 7 days. If cross shipping is provided, customer must pay return shipping of items (reimbursement will not be provided). Items must be returned within 30 days to keep account in good standing.

Batteries and devices are not eligible for cross shipping. Customers needing a replacement shipped out quickly should order a replacement and return the defective unit for a refund or credit.

Exclusions

Devices are only eligible for a 60-day warranty and a refund/store credit will be issued once device is received back, inspected to ensure that it does not have a passcodes, passwords, or accounts (such as iCloud) tied to it.

Batteries are only eligible for a 1-year warranty, regardless of tier.

Discontinued items do not qualify for the Lifetime Warranty.

Physical damage is not covered by this warranty except on Hard and Soft OLED displays with no other signs of damage.

Tools and accessories are not covered by our warranty. Please contact manufacturers directly for warranty information.

Some items are excluded from our warranty and return policy. See specific details on product details for other non-returnable items.

Customer is responsible for properly packing return to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Returned items that are physically damaged in transit will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Policy Abuse

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.
