Standard members are eligible for a six (6) month warranty on parts unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page.
0 - 30 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal purchase price less shipping.
31 - 180 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty-one (31) to one hundred and eighty (180) days of the original purchase date for a replacement or a refund/store credit equal to the lesser of the purchase price or current selling price less shipping.
A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. The quickest and easiest way to get an RMA# is to use the Web Returns. Customer is responsible for properly packing return merchandise to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Return merchandise that is physically damaged in transit will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
Physical damage is not covered by this warranty.
Devices are only eligible for a sixty (60) day warranty and a refund/store credit will be issued once device is received back, inspected to ensure that it does not have any pass code or accounts (such as iCloud) tied to it.
Tools and accessories are not covered by our Hassle-Free Warranty. Please contact manufacturers directly for warranty information.
