Warranty Policy

Customers ordering more than $1,000 per month are eligible for a Lifetime Warranty. All others are eligible for a 12-month warranty. See below for exclusions.

Warranty items may be returned for a replacement or store credit for the lower of purchase or current price.

Return Policy

Unused items, unless excluded, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund/store credit for the lower of purchase or current price, less shipping, if returned in original condition and undamaged packaging.

Discrepancies

Order discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cross Shipping

Customers spending over $5,000 per month are eligible for cross shipping on items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Batteries and devices are not eligible.

Returns for cross-shipped items are paid by the customer (no reimbursement). Returns must be received within 30 days to keep the account in good standing.

Exclusions

Physical and Installation Damage: not covered (unless covered by our LCD/OLED Break Warranty notated on the product page).

Batteries: 1-year warranty

Devices: 60-day warranty (must be returned without passcodes, passwords, or accounts/iCloud).

Tools and Accessories: 30-day warranty

Discontinued Products: 30-day warranty

Some products have specific warranty and return policies on the product page.

Items physically damaged in transit, due to improper packaging, will be rejected.

Policy Abuse

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to abusive customers.
